After 7 Days

Processing Fee for No-Issue Refunds
If you request a refund within the 7-day period but have not experienced any technical issues or service problems, a processing fee may be applied:
- £5-10 (GBP) for payments made in British Pounds
- €5-10 (EUR) for payments made in Euros
- $5-10 (USD) for payments made in US Dollars
This fee covers the administrative costs and the streaming service you have already used.
